1. Booking and purchase

To be able to buy products online e-shop, the Customer must access the site dedicated to this (Shop). Every product on sale is accompanied by a photo, a description and price. Inside the e-shop you can select and book the various products offered. It will be sufficient to indicate the amount and confirm, after the choice of possible variations. In this way the products are placed in the shopping cart. You can add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to that point. In order to confirm the order, the customer will conduct its own personal authentication:

- If you already registered, by the e-mail address and password;

- If not yet registered, proceeding to the registration, indicating all the required data.

The purchase shall be deemed perfected for Comar Srl only when the order will be confirmed by the same by e-mail or by fax module "Your order confirmation." The confirmation will be sent no later than 2 working days from receipt of order.

2. Availability of products and selling price

For each item indicates the unit selling price expressed in euro (€), VAT (Value added tax) including and excluding shipping costs. The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, the volume, weight and destination; will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the form "Your order confirmation."

All the products in the e-shop are available in stock. Should this occur due to unforeseen delays in delivery of the goods, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products. Comar Srl delivers all over the world without any territorial  limitation. However, there may be cases where customs issues preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.

3. Payment

To pay for the purchase, the customer can use the following methods:

a. Credit Card of the most important cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS,

DINERS

b. Circuit PAY PAL

c. Circuit POSTE PAY

The transaction will be subject to the rules of banking security.

4. Supply of goods and delivery charges

All products ordered by the customer and confirmed by Comar Srl, will be shipped by Express Courier (national and international) to the address specified by the customer for delivery. For the shipment will be asked to contribute to the costs that will be shown during the checkout process and on the form "Your order confirmation", in relation to the country of destination of the order. The products will be dispatched only after payment of the order has been duly registered and confirmed to Comar Srl. Products shipped in Italy are delivered within approximately 3-4 working days after dispatch; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 5-6 working days after dispatch. For shipments outside the EU average, it takes 7-8 working days after dispatch. Shipments are made Monday through Friday.  Any variation to the above mentioned will be notified immediately via e-mail to the Customer

5. Import taxes and customs duties

Products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or the European Union. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and / or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. You can not predict in any way and if such costs should be incurred for customs clearance of the goods. For more information, please contact the customs office in your country. In all cases, any costs relating to import taxes and / or duties will be charged to the customer.

6. Withdrawal

The customer has a right of withdrawal which can exercise without having to justify the reasons, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the items ordered. The right of withdrawal may be provided within the deadline above, by telegram, fax or e-mail. The shipping costs for the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. In order for the right of withdrawal may be exercised, the items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging in perfect condition and in agreement with Comar Srl The goods must be returned insured, in the Free Port; any package sent COD or freight collect will be withdrawn from Comar Srl The refund of the invoice price of the returned items, will be made by crediting the bank account of the customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled for reason attributable to the customer will not be refunded and will not result in any case, the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered. If the refund should be due to a mistake of Comar Srl, the shipping charges will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser.

7. Applicable Law

All contracts are executed in Italy and are subject to Italian law. Right of withdrawal The customer has a right of withdrawal which can exercise without having to justify the reasons, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the items ordered.
