How many times, admiring a jewel in the window, you're wondering how it is born and how it is produced.
What does "our jewel", a jewel?

The jewel first is born from an idea translated into a picture, that is the design.

Raw material

- we use only pure silver and copper of 99.99%. The alloy production is 925/1000 (925 parts silver and 75 parts copper).

Processing
- fusion: the alloy is melted using modern continuous casting ovens from which comes in solid bars of rectangular or round section

-millwork and drawing: cold processes that allow, thanks to the properties of malleability and ductility, respectively, to reduce the bars into sheets and fine wires

-casting and cutting: through the use of presses and specific casts are made several components used in the production of costume jewelry.

Assembling and polishing
-assembly semi-finished products: in this floor apply all the knowledge handed down by the goldsmith tradition that allows us to produce high quality components

-polishing: the surfaces are polished by hand to ensure that, after the surface treatment finished, glossiness and specularity

-surface treatment: as the silver alloy exposed to air oxidizes easily, the components are subject to galvanic surface treatment. With this process, the deposited metals (rhodium, gold, pink gold and burnished gold) allow to obtain a different color and a higher surface resistance to weathering.
